Tag Card for a Baby

Hello 

It's been another one of those 'damp' days here in Manchester.

The days seem to be flying by at the moment and it's been a busy week for making cards for new babies and for birthdays in the family.

My card today is a 'Tag Card', made for a friends new baby boy. I enjoy making Tag Cards - they are quick and fun to do. This one has the cutest little baby image on it from Whimsy stamps which I have coloured up with my Copics.

I've used the Tim Holtz Alterations Sissix Small Easel Die to provide a 'stand' for the card. Hope you like it !

Another busy week gone - not sure where the days go at times. Like everyone, I'm wishing for some warmer weather - soon !

My post this week is another Saturated Canary Digi Stamp and her name is 'Jelly Bug'. I just love her and really enjoyed colouring this one up with my Copics.

That's all from me today - we are in the middle of 'sorting & sifting' and throwing out lots of rubbish in preparation for our pending house move. I got brave today and started to tackle my craft room !! Oooh - did I find things I forgot I even had, but I guess I'm not the only crafter with that problem. I've finally done it - got cracking with a blog ! I've been meaning to do this for such a long time and it's definately a new challenge. The key driver for finally getting my blog set up is a new change that is coming in my life. I've leaving a great job, working for a great company with wonderful people to move to the opposite side of the world - Australia. I'm looking for a new challenge and fingers crossed it will include something to do with craft, especially card making and scrapbooking.

So, here is my first card that I have made today. It is also going to be featured on a new online craft store that is being developed. The image today is a Saturated Canary digi stamp, 'Easter Dress'. Isn't she just gorgeous?

I've coloured her with my Copics - I hope you like her.
